Here's a little something different from the stuff I've been posting lately; an audio rip of the Dead Kennedys The Early Years Live DVD. Some great early performances (1978-1981) from the seminal NoCal punk band, showcasing Jello in all his instigative glory. I've really gotten back into the DK's as of late (and it doesn't hurt that they actually showed up on Rock Band if you can believe it). It's ironic, man I fucking hated them when I first heard 'em back in the day - just couldn't get into Jello's voice. How times change, no? Regardless, here are nine tracks of screaming sociopolitical hardcore goodness. Enjoy.
